Technical Details
The machine is used in classification of olives in different sizes. Olive is transmitted to the machine by a loading elevator. There is a fan- distributor band system to separate leaves etc., foreign materials and distribute olives homogenously on the band. As the clearance between the sections where olives are classified according to their sizes can be adjusted ungradually on the machine, it is possible to receive the desired product caliber in the desired section. Panels and junction boxes used on the machine is class IP 65 and made of water proof material. The machine is made of stainless steel completely.

Technical Details
The machine is used in pre-classification and cleaning of olive picked from the garden. Olives to be classified are emptied in the tank placed on the machine. The machines separates materials such as leaves, stone, earth, stem from the olive by vibrated sieving and fan system. As the section distance and belt clearances are fixed and cannot be changed, it ensures a certain standard or raw material purchase and sale. The body of the machine is made of DKP sheet metal and steel profile, covered with electrostatic paint after phosphating and ovendried for 30 minutes in 220 oC. the machine has been serving to Turkish farmer for long years with its ease of use, strong structure and standard.

Technical Details
Generally used as a part of pitting and slicing line, the machine separates the stoneless and sliced olives from the other cracked parts. Sieving efficiency is increased by washing system and foreign materials are ensured to be taken away from the machine. The machine is operated by two vibrating engine and continuous water support. Machine body is made of stainless steel completely and conforming to FDA.
