          |  | Two-Stage  Fluidization System Gives Optimum Freezing Process: In EUROFREEZE IQF tunnels,the products  are handled in 2 zones, the crust freezing zone (belt 2). The success of the  freezer is found in the combination of the two zones. Both zones are equipped  with stainless steel mesh belts that serve to support heavy products .The air flow is  controlled to perfectly suit each product which gives an even temperature  throughout the freezer and uniform high product quality. Thanks to fluidization  in the second zone also, the result is a very versatile, efficient and reliable  in-line freezer.
 The feature that sets  the EUROFREEZE IQF tunnels apart from  the others style belt freezers is its ability to achieve a true fluization of  the product where applicable. With true fluidization the product is exposed to  an upward directed and controllrd polar air stream that supports and conveys  that product throught the freezer. Fluidization guarantees efficient heat  transfer and superior separation of product particles. On its way through the  freezer each individual product is suspended separately on a cushion of air.  Not only the particles freeze quickly, gently and uviformly but they freeze  without damage and clustering and with minimum weight loss. This ensures true  individual quick freezing (IQF) and the highest possible product quality.
 
              The key to true  fluidization is based on the perforated tray bottoms, specially selected  centrifugal energy-efficient fans and pulsating air agitation system. This  combination gives optimum condition for balanced and adjustable air  distribution with low energy costs. Special version with single product belt to  avoid droping heights for extreely sensitive products are also available

            Special Belt Travel Sysem For Minimum Cleaning; Great care has been  taken in designing the belt travel system. The entire is kept within the  insulated enclosure.This means fewer  penetration through the insulation and less air leakage, drastically reducing  ice build-up from moisture on the belt and support rails.
 There is thus no need  for belt support heaters, water or any power consumption for drying the belt.
 INTERNAL  STRUCTURE: 
 The internal frame work which supports  the internal platform, product conveyors, plenum chambers, evaporator, fans,  etc. are produced in stainless steel . THE INTERNAL PLATFORM is made of alumunum checker plate,  allowing inspection of the freezing process and slimplifying cleaning and  maintenance .The insulated enclosure panels have a  core of high density foamed polyurethane with an internal stainless steel and  external painted facing to meet high requirements of gygiene as well as to  allow easy, proper cleaning and optimised hygiene .
 EVAPORATOR: The evaporators are placed along the  freezing zones to ensure efficient maintenance and sanitation. The coil is  arranged for water and/or hot gas defrosting after operation .The evaporator is equipped with an  automatice air defrost system (ADS ) which works parallel to the freezer  operation. By this feature the defrost intervals are prolonged and a higher  production capacity (around 20%) per day is achieved .
 The evaporator coil is made of finned  steel tubes,hot dip galvanized after manufactor. The evaporator is designed for  pump circulation of the refrigerant and is supplied with suction and liquid  headers .

          |  | EUROFREEZE Spiral Freezing  Tunnels are specialy desigened with food industy's high demands in mind, for  top performance in freezing ready meals, hamburgers, fish, sea food, poultry,  pizza and other bakery products. SIPROBELT 
 The spiral conveyor  belt is fully produced in special stainless steel. Platstic belts are also  available depending on products to be processed.The belt width and the  total length of the belt is selected according to the produts and required  capacities. The belt moves on special reinforced pladtic glide streips with  minimum friction. CIP system, belt washer and air dryer are included in  standard delivery.
 All parts in contant  with the products are made of stainless steel or food grade materials. The durm  itself is made in segments and assembled together on site during installing. The  belt side guards and support rails are mounted on the internal drum. Service  hatches around the drum are also produced in stainless steel.    |  
          |  | INSULATED  ENCLOSURE:  
 The insulated enclosure panels have a  core of high density foamed polyurethane with an internal stainless steel and  external painted facing to meet high requirements of hygiene as well as to  allow easy, proper cleaning and optimised hygiene.Access to the freeze is provided by  insulated doors with electrically heated gaskets. The doors are placed  according to the layout of facilitate cleaning.
 The well insulated freezer floor is  made of fully-welded stainledd steel with sloped water drain channels and  upturned edges to facilitate cleaning.
 The floor is totally insulated and  equipped with heating system to avoid ice build up underneath the freezer  cabin.
 Insulated walles,  ceiling and floor are fully sealed allowing the interior of the freezer to be  hosed down entirely with 4nbars water at 60 C thorough cleaning.  DRIVE  MECHANISM: The durm is driven by a adjustable  speed drive motor by means of frequency converter. By changing the speed of the  drum, the holding of the product can be adjusted.The speeds of the product conveying  belt and the drum are synchronized and thus the system is protected from  internal frictions.
 All ball bearings used in spiral  freezer are specially selected to work under cold extreme conditions. The drum  bearings can be oiled from one point by means of a central lubrication system.
 Belt cleaning is done by spraying water  through special nozzles(CIP-System) placed on critical points.
 The cleaning and  drying sequence is controlled from the PLC system.  EVAPORATOR: Coil design and dimentions are based on  type of products and required capacities.The hot dip galvanised coil is pressure  tested and filled with protective gas after manufacture.
 The fin spacing are arranged from large  to small in the same direction as air circulation in order to minimize frost  build up and thus defrost intervals are considerably prolonged.
 High air volume fans are placed right  under the coil. Air is sucked through the coil and vertically directed onto the  products assuring the highest freezing efficiency.
 Blowing of the products from the belt  is avoided by means of an air balance tunnel with by-pass hatches placed at the  outfeed end.
 The fans are directly coupled to the  electric motors. Air is sucked through aluminimum inlet cones.
 Defrosting of the  coil is designed both for hot gas and/or water.  
 INTERNAL STRUCTURE: The internal frame work which supports  the product conveyors, plenum chambers, evaporator, fans, etc are produced AISI  304 Stainless steel to ensure high hygiene as well as easy cleaning and  maintenance. Electrical Equipment: The electrical equipment includes  stainless steel cabinet with extremely operator friendly PLC touch screen  control panel, wire-operatod emergency stop system together with lighting  located inside the freezer.   |
