Scratching machine is used in green olive scratching process. Olives are let on the knives with free fall from the machine bunker and scratches 3 or 4 times in certain distances. Thanks to the ungradual knife clearance adjustment, olive scratching depth can be adjusted sensitively. Machine body is made of stainless steel completely.

Technical Details

Scratching machine is used in green olive scratching process. Olives are let on the knifes with free fall from the machine bunker and scratches 3 or 4 times in certain distances. Thanks to the ungradual knife clearance adjustment, olive scratching depth can be adjusted sensitively. Machine body is made of DKP irons sheet and steel profile, it is covered with electrostatic paint after phosphating process and ovendried for 30 minutes in 220 oC.
