Technical Details

Working with the steam boiler, the machine is used in processed and packed olive pasteurization. Olive is pasteurized by brine, filling, pre-heating, baking and cooling processes in the machine. Cooling process is performed by the cooling basin placed at the end of the tunnel. Conveyor belt speed of the machine can be adjusted by electronic speed control system ungradually. Exhaust tunnel may be manufactured in the desired size and width upon request. Standard type exhaust tunnel specifications are given below.

CM025 COOLING TUNNEL

   
 

Technical Details

Cooling tunnel works as a part of exhaust tunnel. Cooling process is made by spraying water to heated packages from above and sides by 4 open fan pumps. Olive is pasteurized by brine, filling, pre heating, baking and cooling processes in the machine. Cooling is performed by the second cooling tunnel placed at the end of the heating tunnel. Cooling process is carried out by delivering water supplied by 4 open fan pumps to the hot packages on the top and the sides in the cooling tunnel. System circulates the water received from 3 tanks placed under the tunnel during the operation. At the end of the tunnel package is dried by pressured air.
